There are a few reasons why you might not be able to see a job in Timeslice - these are:


1. You need to be assigned to the job in WorkflowMax and if the task is assigned to individual staff members, then make sure you're also assigned to the task

2. You'll only see a job if it is Pending, In progress or On Hold - not if it is completed, cancelled or archived (see here for more)

3. Jobs won't import into Timeslice if the client is deleted in WorkflowMax

4. Jobs won't import into Timeslice if the job number contains special characters like / \ ? &
